Nine images of Prendergast's post-Impressionist works in a subtle and sophisticated combination of imagery. Maurice Prendergast chronicled scenes and practices of the American leisure class during his career in the first decades of the twentieth century.
Interestingly, human figures are often present but it is the context that is the focus of his work. The cube includes one image by his brother Charles, also a painter. Includes descriptive storycard with historic information on each image. Produced in collaboration with the Williams College Museum of Art. For more impressionist art titles click here.
